Maxima is the largest retail chain in Latvia with more than 154 stores across the country. Maxima offers a wide range of products - from food to household goods and clothing. The store chain regularly offers weekly discounts and promotions, updated every Thursday.
The Maxima loyalty programme "Paldies" (Thank You) lets you accumulate points and receive additional discounts. The card is free and can be obtained at any Maxima store. With the Paldies card, exclusive promotions are available that aren't shown in the regular flyer.
Maxima stores in Latvia operate in several formats: Maxima X (small stores), Maxima XX (medium) and Maxima XXX (hypermarkets with the widest selection). The largest concentration of stores is in Riga and Pieriga, but Maxima can also be found in small towns throughout Latvia.
